How purchases work

Contractor Bid & Margin Guard is sold through Gumroad, our merchant of record. When you buy, Gumroad processes the payment and delivers the files.

Refund terms

• Refund eligibility and timeframes are governed by Gumroad's refund policy in force at the time of purchase, as shown on the product page before checkout.
• Because our products are digital downloads, please review the product description and the free demo linked on the Gumroad product page before purchasing.
• If a product does not work as described, contact us with your Gumroad receipt and we will work with you on a remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

How to request

Email with your Gumroad receipt URL. We will review the issue with you under Gumroad's framework and applicable consumer law.
